I've found TailwindCSS difficult to use in situations where a very good component system isn't available.
In the case of Django, the templating system is awkward when hyper-componentizing elements like buttons -- at the end of the day, you'll have to bring in something like React or use good ol' @apply classes.
Yeah! I hate that for all the UI stuff needs to be done in NPM. I'm looking for the day where I can develop the UI without NPM at all. Recent htmx, alpinejs TailwindCSS try to solve that.
Off-topic question: Since you sold GML what is the next step in your plate?

I’m mostly just doing my thing. I’m building new things, but on the lowkey — I’m doing it mostly for personal enjoyment now. Maybe I’ll launch in the future.
