Any startups working on fixing trust for digital content?
Problem: AI generation of video and audio is good enough today to create believable but fake content that is then consumed by the mass market. It already seems pervasive enough to cause massive differences between reality and perception.
There must be a startup working to solve this. Who is working in this space?
I don't know what the solution looks like, but it could be a network based system. E.g., you indicate 50-100 people you personally know and trust, and any reported event gets traced back to someone who was there in person. It could be a digital analysis and rating of authentic to fake that you run through an app. Not sure what it would be, but I want to invest in a solution for this!

But how do you link that to audio/video? If someone generates fake video of an event I was at, how does my confirmed presence there do anything about that?
