It’s not a great start to put your thesis on how to fix Wikipedia behind a paywall, anyone have a free link? I’m skeptical but I want to give this a chance.
Sounds like he’s gotten progressively more culture war-over time. I notice this fails the spot check test as well, every example he seems to bring up (socialism completely ignores conservative criticisms!) is wrong.
Also I’m guess I’m curious, his criticisms seeee to have changed over time, so is this blog post his somewhat reasonable earlier criticisms or somewhat more culture warrior-y later criticisms.
Seems funny though to think that “expert review” will help Wikipedia at a time when trust in experts is at an all time low.
