Show HN: Paydown calculator, Should you pay down debt or invest in the markets?

I used Lovable to make a webapp that tells you whether to pay down debt (student loan, credit card debt) or invest in stocks or 401K or REITs. I had an Excel model for this and uploaded this to Lovable and spent some time iterating on the UI.

Do test it out, I'd love to get any feedback.
