Antifa is not one organization, that's ridiculous. It would be like claiming that "Anarchists" are a terrorist organization.

The objection is the administration is inventing a group wholesale in order to designate those who oppose their policies as terrorists. The executive order can say whatever, that doesn't make it factual.
Antifa is a decentralized organization: shared branding, shared tactics (borrowed from neo-nazis), chapters/affinity groups, mutual aid and coordination across cities.
