You wouldn't need to read all of it to glean that it's slop. Merely a skim or even less signal than that is needed, like simply seeing that it's a multi-paragraph post on LinkedIn. I suppose even surface-level engagement with slop causes some psychic damage, though.
LinkedIn is practically unusable at this point. It’s all slop with no value in the content. The only reason for still using it is because people that I want to work with expect me to be on LinkedIn. I hope it can be reformed to reward real human content higher on my feed.
