Previously, I ran the engineering department at Career Karma (YC W19) as the VP of Engineering. Prior to that, I was at 15Five, starting as employee number one and helping lead the engineering team and seeing the company flourish. In the past I've also worked in finance, aerospace supply chain, and 1999 dotcom companies.

I am an engineer at heart and love to build this.

Building great products requires a harmony of art, science, and intuition. Helping people get things done with software is my passion, which I've been pursuing since the first dot-com boom in 1999. I've focused on building remote teams, enabling them with the needed mix of knowledge, process, and tools. Through a mix of building, coaching, advising, and sharing of experiences and perspectives, I've helped deliver brilliant products. I've also learned from a fair share of failures, and made enough mistakes to build a healthy intuition.
