Any account that has "throwaway" (or obvious variant) in the name should be summarily banned and so should any account that can be associated with the same owner. In my entire time here, literally every such account I've seen has been used only for trolling, and part of the troll is to rub our noses in how easy it is to get away with it. Letting that continue is simply idiotic.

If anyone needs anonymity for legitimate reasons, they can either contact the mod(s) or at least not use "throwaway" in the account name.
